Suspensions
The following table is used to inform players in the league of their suspensions from playing. For info on suspensions click here. If a player is ejected from a game or if a situation occurs at the end of a game or outside of the rink it is the players responsibility to check the table below to see if he or she is suspended.
Players can only appeal suspensions that are 5 games or more by writting a formal proof read letter that answers the following questions:
1. What happened?
2. Were you at fault?
3. Did the refs make the right calls and do their best to control the situation?
4. If you were put in that situation again what would you differently?
5. Why should you get a suspension reduction?
