Men's League Information and Online Registration:


Team Registration:

Submit your Online Team Registration Form now for the up coming season. After the online team form is submitted, you will need to submit a $100 deposit (towards league fees) and then a team roster to be approved to guarantee a spot this upcoming season.

New Team to the OBHL?
Fill out the online team registration form, (division select = "New Team").
Book your FREE "New Team" 1 hour rink rental. Also the OBHL will evaluate the new team and place them into their proper division. See rink time availably under schedules then email: info@outdoorballhockey.com, or call/text 905-520-7965 with your desired day and time of rental.

All new players to the OBHL need to submit a player registration form.

Adult Men's Divisions:
A/ B, C1, C2, D1, D2, D3, D4.

Seasons to Play:
SPRING (mar-may) - SUMMER (jun-aug) - FALL (sept-nov) - WINTER (dec-feb)

Season Details:
-Teams get a minimum of 14 games. (12 Games + Playoffs - Best 2 out of 3).
-Championship Cup Awarded in every division
-Individual Championship Player Prizes/Souvenir, or Trophy.
-OBHL players qualify for "League Member Rental Rates" $40/hr to rent the rink (details)
-Free access into the Conservation Area (no gate fees).
-"BP PLAYER of the GAME!!!" Each game 1 player gets rewarded a $5.00 off coupon at Boston Pizza! Locations: Grimsby, Upper Centennial, and Queenston.
-Super Fun Outdoor Ball Hockey at Fantastic Fifty Point Conservation Area.


League Fees:

Team Fee (max 16 player roster) = $1327 + HST = $1500 total.
(Team rep responsible for collecting and making the teams payment)
OR
Individually/player (min 11 player roster) = $120.36 + HST = $136 total
(OBHL collects each players payments)
Extra: After 11 paid players, the 12th is free(usually team rep), and any extras players there after are the regular individual fee.


Scheduling:
Teams play on Set Nights + Secondary time slots (Fri, and/or Sat, and/or Sun).

Set Nights:
A/B, C2, D2, D4 = mon, wed + secondary scheduling.
C1, D1, D3, D4 = tues, thur + secondary scheduling .

Secondary Scheduling:
Due to the amount of teams the rink time is very limited, therefore teams must play games on their secondary time slots as well as being able to play on their set nights. These secondary times are picked on: Friday 7pm and later or Anytime Saturday, and Anytime Sunday. Secondary games can be played at anytime on the days you pick. We can not accomidate exact times as our rink is packed with teams! We appreciate everyones understanding as we go through are growing pains.
 

Individual Players:
The OBHL matches up any individual players to teams that need players.
Also new teams are created out of individual registrations and small groups. Individual players Register Online Individually we will email you after/if we can find a team for you, please be as descriptive as possible on your skill and experience when registering.

Small Groups of Friends:
The OBHL matches up small groups of friends with other groups and individual players. Email: info@outdoorballhockey.com with details on amount of players committed and age and skill level looking to play. Or call 905-520-7965.

Mandatory Equipment Requirements:

Adults 18 and Up are required to wear protective gloves and a proper stick. No wooden blades allowed except goalies.
We also recommend shin pads, soft elbow pads, eye goggles. Helmets are highly recommended.

Under 18 are required to wear a helmet with full facial protection, protective gloves, proper stick, shin pads (hockey or soccer style), jock or jill strap, and elbow pads. Wooden bladed sticks are not be allowed except for goalies.
