The League Structure:
The Outdoor Ball Hockey League operates all year round with 4 seasons of Ball Hockey to play.
Spring Season: (Mar-May)
Summer Season: (Jun-Aug)
Fall Season: (Sep-Nov)
Winter Season: (Dec-Feb adults only)
All games are organized: referees, scorekeepers, online statistics, and more.
Rookie Program Ages 4-6:
Boys and Girls Co-ed.
Typically one group aged 4-6.
Minimum 10 games, Team Picture, Team Banquet Day, Team Shirt courtesy of Tim Hortons.
Typically only once a week format ate early time slots.
Youth seasons run Spring Summer and Fall only.
Program basically consists of 1 hour time slots, half hour skills and drills then a half hour FUN game.
Program focuses on hockey basics and developing a players passion for the game of hockey.
Parents are encouraged to get involved any help coaching please inquire by contacting us.
Youth Season Includes Ages 7-15:
Boys and Girls Co-ed.
Typically aged in groups 7-9, 10-12, 13-15.
Minimum 12 games, Team Picture, Team Banquet Day, Team Shirt courtesy of Tim Hortons.
Typically once a week sometimes twice during the weekdays at early time slots.
Youth seasons run Spring(Mar-May) Summer(Jun-Aug) and Fall(Sept-Nov) only.
Youth teams will be placed into divisions based on age and skill level. Youth players can be moved up a division if necessary to balance teams.
Games are played with a 5 on 5 plus goalies format.
Youth registration fees are paid individually.
Games are played with 3 x 10 minute stop time periods.
Games include 2 OBHLreferees and a scorekeeper
Comes with optional weekend practice time for youths who are just starting out.

Adults Season Includes:
Mens, Womens, and Co-ed divisions consist of 12 games plus playoffs with a best 2 of 3 format.
Adult +30 will consist of a once a week only format 8 games plus playoffs with a best 2 of 3 format.
Teams consist of
a minimum of 11 players, 10 runners plus a goalie to 16 players per team.
Games are played with a 5 on 5 plus goalies format.
Games are played with 3 x 10 minute stop time periods.
Games include 2 OBHL referees and a scorekeeper.
Adult individuals and teams can pay fees; individually or as an entire team.
Teams can be moved based on skill level to keep the league fun and competative for all.
All divisions end in a Championship for team prizes.
